After 17 years in the hotel industry, it occurred to me that many companies were working on their own to plan an event with very little help. They were dependent on vendors for direction and expertise. So, I created an organization that has the client’s best interest at heart.
With many years in hospitality from sales to revenue management to event planning, I learned two very important lessons: (1) always smile, and (2) do whatever it takes to make every person feel special. These lessons have become vital requirements for HFY and how we interact with each of our clients, as well as our vendor partners. We believe in building lasting relationships and having clients for life – 90 percent of our business is from repeat clients.
That is what HFY is all about – you!
