I’d highly recommend Sheila Rusco and HFY. They handled customer appreciation events for our company that took place in New York, San Francisco, Los Angeles and Seattle within days of each other. Sheila brought the utmost professionalism, creative ideas and great contract negotiation skills. There wasn’t a detail she didn’t have fully under control. And even quick turnarounds and custom gifts reflecting the customers and the local area was no problem. She readily adapted to our business style and was “one of the team.” She’s very easy to work with, grasped our needs quickly and got it done. Next year, I won’t even attend the events as I’m so confident that she’ll have everything fully under control and the executives will be impressed!
